Batagor

There are two main reasons that charactenze Batagor as special food. First, Batagor is easy to find in Bandung. You can see many merchants sell it there. In roadside, carts, and even in mall and In other cities, batagor known as "Batagor Bandung". The next reason is the history of Batagor itself, Batagor was invented in 1980 in Bandung. The word Batagor comes from "bakso tahu goreng". At first, Batagor is just " bakso tahu" only, but one nighta student in bandung of course felt hungry at midnight. Then he searched for some food but he could only find "baso tahu". Then he suggested the merchant to fried " bakso tahu". So the merchant wouldn't get any loss. The merchant approved it. Finally " bakso tahu" that was only " bakso tahu" change into fried form. That was the accidently Batagor made first in Bandung.
